I wrote this song on a Facebook livestream and recorded it that day. The song expresses how I've felt about the COVID-19 crisis, particularly in the early stages where every day brought what seemed like a new catastrophe. I said in the livestream that I wanted "just one day to be normal." The Facebook audience decided that should be the title, so it is. However, my penchant for parenthetical titles (thanks, Sufjan Stevens) kept from leaving it at just that.
